The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the direction of this Court, vide order, dated 03.04.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6118 of 2025, Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, on 30.07.2025 in S.T.C.No.331 of 2025.

3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the Contempt Petition.
