ORDER
Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3. Mr.S.Velmurugan , learned counsel, takes notice for the second respondent.
2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the third respondent to receive the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the Plot No.176 in Vivekananda Nagar, Keelanatham Village, Palayankottai Taluk, Palayankottai, Tirunelveli District and to register the same as per law.
3.Though the writ petitioner averred that on 06.11.2013, when he had presented the document before the third respondent, the third respondent refused to register the same, he has not produced the said document before this Court, even as enclosures in the typed set of papers. The law provides that if any document has been presented for registration and the same is refused, a refusal check slip would be issued by the Sub Registrar concerned. There is no such document before this Court as issued by the third respondent. Therefore, I do not find any merits in the writ petition.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
