ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The writ petitioner purchased the petition mentioned property under the sale deed dated 28.08.2025. Registration was refused by invoking Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.
3.I decline to interfere with the impugned refusal check slip. This is because the parties have shown the road as one of the four boundaries.

4.The petitioner informs the Court that the sale deed will be suitably amended and road will not be shown as one of the four boundaries. It is further undertaken that no housing or any other development can take place without getting permission form the competent authority. The said undertaking is recorded. 5.In this view of the matter, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The parties are at liberty to re-present the document after amending the same. It shall be registered and released subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.
