ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to file the final report in the Crime No.108 of 2023, pending on his file, within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is pending in this case and the second respondent undertakes to completed the investigation and file a final report within a period of five months.

3. In view of the submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
