disburse the amount for the acquisition the extent of 1280 sq. meters under survey number 111/3C situated at K.Kallukudi North Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District to the petitioner and his family members. ORDER

An order dated 08.08.2025 of the third respondent refusing to grant compensation in relation to the acquisition of the land in S.No.111/3C is challenged by this writ petition.

2.By the said order, it is further stated that the compensation amount would be deposited in the civil court in terms of Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. He submits that such deposit would be made within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.If such deposit is made, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the civil court for relief. 5.By recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional civil court for relief. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
