This petition is filed to punish the respondents for contempt committed by them violating the order dated 18.03.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.3932 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that as per direction of this Court, the respondent has completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same has been taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on file in C.C.No.92 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur.
