Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent i.e., the Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Chennai to appoint the Enquiry Officer, complete the enquiry within a specified time frame and dispose off the disciplinary action initiated by the Government in Letter No.36340/SS-4/2009-7 Revenue Department dated 28.08.2010 on merits and in accordance with law within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble High Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
