2. This Court has already disposed of the Writ Petition, by order dated 23.04.2025, directing the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of O.S.No.405 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Now, the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, vide his Letter in D.No.45, dated 19.01.2026, requested six months' time to dispose of the said Original Suit.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 19.01.2026, the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the said Original Suit within a period of six months from the date of the request made by him.
