To direct the 1st respondent herein to monitor the investigation of the respondent police in connection to crime No.142/2015 on the file of 2nd respondent police which was transferred from the Inspector of Police Thadikombu Police Station, Dindigul District Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 23241/ 2015 :

To direct the 2nd respondent to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Cr. No. 142 of 2015 dated 26.2.2015 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honoruable Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.142 of 2015 has bene completed and it has been closed. Today, the respondent has served the closure report on the Counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, both the Contempt Petitions are closed.
