PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction the educational loan of Rs.3,91,000/- applied by the petitioner's son namely Arunkumar, for the B.E., Civil Engineering Course for the period of 2017-2018 in United Institute of Technology, Coimbatore.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to sanction an educational loan of Rs.3,91,000/- to the petitioner's son namely Arunkumar, for the B.E., Civil Engineering Course for the period of 2017-2018 in United Institute of Technology, Coimbatore.

2.Today(09.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
