Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner's prayer is more in the nature of anticipatory relief. If the first respondent initiates any adverse action, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court for relief. This writ petition has been prematurely filed.

3.Leaving open all the contentions and defences of the writ petitioner and granting him liberty to move this Court, if cause of action arises, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
