O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue notice of contempt to the respondent herein and punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3538 of 2016, dated 29.02.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would that the investigation in Crime NO.65 of 2014 is completed and final report has been filed on 04.05.2016, however it was returned for rectifying some defects and it was filed again on 24.05.2016 before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
