Prayer in WP(MD)No. 22728/2015 :

Writ petition is filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent General Manager in No.604/Legal 3/Discipline/2004 dated 31.10.2005 dismissing the petitioner from service in view of his conviction in criminal case Quash the same and further direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as Driver with continuity of service and back-wages.

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 17.12.2015 made in W.P.(MD).No.22728 of 2015, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of two reliefs granted i.e. Employment and back wages, employment has already been granted, but the back wages has not been paid. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that in respect of back wages, appeal has been filed and it is in SR stage.

4.Recording the said statements, the Contempt Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if appeal not numbered.
