The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 06.01.2025 in W.P.(MD). No. 27823 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the respondents therein to approve the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 01.08.2019 onwards and release the attendant benefits.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the second respondent on 19.01.2026. Recording the same, the present contempt petition stands closed.
