This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned F.I.R dated in Crime No.48 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

2. The petitioner herein is the fourth accused in Crime No.48 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police. He filed this application under the provisions of 482 Cr.P.C., in which, he seeking the relief to quash the F.I.R.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State filed a copy of final report and represented that in Crime No.48 of 2013, investigation is completed and further action was dropped. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
