O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for the flagrant violation and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.07.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12987 of 2015.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the interim stay granted in Crl.O.P.No.12987 of 2015, the respondent has filed final report in Cr.No.175 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent has filed the final report on 30.10.2015, based on the direction given by this Court. He would further submit that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience and the respondent is having highest respect with this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
