Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to measure the property of the petitioner in S. No. 42/1, 42/2B, 42/3, 43/1,43/2, 47/2 and 49 within a stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken-up for consideration today, the learned Additional Government Pleader reported that as per the direction of this Court, the Surveyor has measured the property in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

question. Today, the Surveyor has also filed a report before this Court.

2. However, it is alleged by the petitioner that the Surveyor has not laid the stone due to the objections raised by the third party.

Since the duty of the Surveyor is only to measure the property and in the case on hand, admittedly, it has been done so, this contempt petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the report of the Surveyor, if he desires to do so. The third respondent is directed to send a copy of his report to the petitioner, forthwith.
