ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2025 and take appropriate action against the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the third respondent on 01.07.2025.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The result of the enquiry shall be communicated to the petitioner and the fourth respondent. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
