When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending this Writ Petition, the petitioner had submitted an OTS proposal which has been accepted by the second respondent Bank and pursuant to the same, the petitioner had also cleared his dues on 03.12.2020 and the loan account has also been closed.
