Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent herein to consider the Petitioners representation dated 02.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders for the supply of eleven documents in Annexure-III of charge memo dated 06.01.2016 and also release the Gratuity, Provisional Pension, Commutation within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
