Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 23394/ 2015 :

To direct the Respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime NO.682 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent No.4 and entrust the same to the Respondent No.2 for completing the investigation with in the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23394 of 2015, dated 10.12.2015 and punish them under contempt of Court Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would

submit that the investigation in Crime No.682 of 2015 is completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 16.07.2016 and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur after service of Referred Charge Sheet notice on the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
