Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the 1st respondent to take proper steps and pass order by revising the petitioners scale of pay as Rs.9300+34800+GP4400 in the light of the petitioners representation dated 26.08.2015. and take steps to issue the pension and other monetary benefits on the basis of the revision within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
