This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering his representation, dated 14.12.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that, on the representation given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed after investigation. 2/4
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
