ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.All that the petitioner wants is to dispose of the petition mentioned enquiry. No exception can be taken to the said request. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondents herein will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass orders one way or the other. Based on the said outcome, the respondents 1 and 2 will take consequential action. 2/4

3.This writ petition is disposed of on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
