This Court, by order dated 08.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.4641 of 2016 directed the respondents herein to refer the petitioner to the Medical Board in order to ascertain his physical fitness to work as driver within a period of two weeks and to provide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suitable alternative employment to him subject to the disability which would be ascertained by the Board, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the second respondent herein in Ku.Aa.No.107/PaPiE5/Tha.Na.A.Po.(ku)/Nakai/2016, dated 28.11.2016, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
