ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21605 of 2015 dated 17.11.2015.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.1681 of 2016, for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C.
