2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation in Crime No.807 of 2021, filed charge sheet before the Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Ramanathapuram and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.230 of 2022.
