ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents has produced a copy of the memorandum dated 19.11.2024 2/4

in O.Mu.No.S2/4244/2023, wherein the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2024 was rejected.

In view of the memorandum dated 19.11.2024 in O.Mu.No.S2/4244/2023, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
