ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3908 of 2016 dated 18.03.2016.
2.Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent has registered the case in Crime No.18 of 2016 on 08.07.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC, as directed by this Court in the above said Criminal Original Petition. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.
