PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.C1/16213/2016, dated 22.08.2017 and quash the same as illegal.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.C1/16213/2016, dated 22.08.2017.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate that pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.14914 of 2020 and 24052 of 2018, the second respondent has refixed the value of the lands in the entire village. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. However, the petitioner before this Court is not a party to the proceedings before 2/5

the second respondent and therefore, he has not been served with a copy of the award.

3.In the light of the above, the second respondent is directed to issue a copy of the award to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the time for filing the appeal would start from the date on which, the copy of the award is issued to the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
