Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.01.2016 in accordance with the proviso to Rule 5(b) of Tamil Nadu Horticulture Subordinate Service Special Rules made in G.O.Ms.No.272, Agriculture (AA1) Department, dated 27.11.2015. ORDER

This Court by the order dated 29.02.2016, directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2016 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.Contending that there is no compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondent amounted to wilful disobedience to the order passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by the Court, the representation submitted by the petitioner herein has already been considered by the respondent.
