2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.522 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 147,148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) (v-a) SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 on the file of the respondent police.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the FIR has been registered against the petitioner, he shall work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.
