ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 20.02.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, FAC of Sessions Judge,Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act cases, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil vide the letter in D.No.992 dated 05.10.2023,this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Special.S.C.No.13 of 2020. 2.The Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Kanniyakumari @ Nagercoil, sent a letter dated 05.10.2023, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of Special S.C.No.13 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.02.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, four months time is extended for disposing the case in Special S.C.No.13 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
