Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.Va.Ma.Ni4/08596 /03 dated 19.2.2009 and the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings No.Va.Ma.Ni 1/5218/09 dated 7.4.2010 and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal, and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the monetary benefits which the Petitioner is entitled to for the period of 23.12.2003 to 18.02.2009 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.
