Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2015 in WP(MD).22486/2015 : To grant an Ad Interim Orders directing the 2nd respondent Joint Director to provisionally approve forthwith the appointment of petitioner as Assistant Professor in Commerce in the 4th respondent college namely, St. John s College, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary and allowances w.e.f. the date of appointment viz., 24.10.2014, within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Honourable Court, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the 2nd respondent Joint Director in A. Thi. Mu. No. 11692/Aa2/2015 dated 19.10.2015, quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned, and further direct the 2nd respondent Joint Director to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Professor in Commerce in the 4th respondent College namely St. John s College, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary and allowances w.e.f. the date of his appointment viz., 24.10.2014.
