2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought in W.P.(MD)No.10158 of 2016 has become infructuous and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Accordingly, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
