This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to include the petitioner's name in the voters' list .

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's name has been included in the voters list of Karaikudi Assembly Constituency.

3.Recording the above submission this writ petition is closed. No costs.
