To direct the Respondent police to expedite the investigation in connection with the Crime No.52 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai district and file the charge Sheet with in time stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23360 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015.

2.Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that petition enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.52 of 2015 and closed as 'action dropped' on 23.06.2016 and Referred Charge Sheet notice has also been served to the petitioner. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.
