ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging that there is a wilful disobedience of the order and direction passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9459 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that because of absconding of some of the accused, the final report could not be filed before the concerned Court so far. He further submitted that so far 8 witnesses were examined and within 15 days, the final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

3.In view of the undertaking and development, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report as per law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
