Respondents Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings as against the respondents herein for their willful, wanton and deliberate violation of the order dated 08.02.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2163 of 2016 and punish the respondents for committing contempt of court.

Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 2163/ 2016 :

This petition is preferred Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 130 of 2015 to any other competent officer, other than the 2nd respondent herein under the supervision of the 1st respondent and to file a final report.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondents have committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2163 of 2016 dated 08.02.2016.

Advocate (Crl. Side) that after investigation, the second respondent has filed the final report in Crime No.130 of 2015, on 24.06.2016, as directed by this Court in the above said Criminal Original Petition and it has also been taken on file as C.C.No.188 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondents.
