ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, on 11.11.2025 and RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
