ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to initiate prosecution on the basis of representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2017 for conducting chitty without registration and recover the money paid by the petitioner from the second respondent.

2. The petitioner had produced the acknowledgement card indicating the proof of service of such representation. However, considering the time gap between the date of representation and today, it could be imperative that the petitioner gives a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two(2) weeks from today and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall enquire into the same, however, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs.
