the wrong entry in the name of Government land, which was standing in the name of petitioner's grandfather, vide Patta No.439, comprised in Survey No.98/1A with an extent of 1 Acre 70 Cents which was remaining of the gift land comprised in Survey No.98/1B, with an extent of 1 Acre 25 Cents to the State Government Land Endowment Board, Chennai, out of total extent of 2 Acres 95 Cents, situated at Ayyurulithachan Village, Paruthi Kanmaai Group, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, bearing Patta No.439, comprised in Survey No.98/1 at Kalaiyarkovil Taluk Revenue Records, consequently, issue Patta in the name of the petitioner. This Writ Petition is of the year 2017. However, till date, the respondents have not filed any counter affidavit.

2. Although wide relief has been sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose this Writ Petition, by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2017, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, the copy of the representation is not available, the Page No. 2 of 5

petitioner may be called upon to furnish a fresh copy of the above said representation, in which case, orders shall be passed within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.

3. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
