ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his representation dated 07.12.2017 seeking to grant patta in respect of the land in Survey No. 2/5

194, to an extent of 1.11.0 Ares, has not been considered by the respondents, has filed this writ petition.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the subject land is classified as water body, therefore, patta cannot be granted to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
