Praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioners complaint dated 23.06.2012 and investigate the same in accordance with law .

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondents have committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.797 of 2016 dated 19.01.2016.

2.Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that on the complaint of the petitioner, the second respondent has registered the case in Crime No.394 of 2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 25.06.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294 (b) and 506(i) IPC, as directed by this Court in the above said Criminal Original Petition. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondents.
