2.Pending this petition, report has been called for from the trial Court. Report received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, stating that after filing of final report repeated notice was issued to the petitioner. In spite of receipt of repeated notice, the accused failed to appear before him. Now it is posted on 22.12.2023 for hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Court on the date of hearing and co-operate to complete the enquiry process. 3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
