By relying on the extract from the Town Survey Land Register relating to T.S.Nos.1/1 and 1/3, the petitioner seeks a survey of the above mentioned lands.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. By submitting that other persons whose names are listed in the relevant Town Survey Land Register are siblings of the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader states that notice would be issued to them before acting on the petitioner's application.

3. In view of the submissions, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first 2/4

respondent to consider and take action on the petitioner's representation for survey within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the other persons whose names are listed in the relevant extract from the Town Survey Land Register and owners of relevant adjacent lands.
