ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere into the civil nature dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent in respect of Natham land in S.No.429 of 2010 in an extent of 0.07.32 acres and S.No.429/12 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an extent of 16 cents, Mudhuvanthidal Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondents police frequently called the petitioners, harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of civil dispute. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners and not to interfered with the civil dispute. 5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
