Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARAVIND RAJ R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 13.07.2022 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.7078 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD).No.381 of 2021. 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
