ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging a charge memo.

2. The present writ petition is filed raising various grounds against the 2nd respondent including malafides and bias. When the case was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the second respondent died.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that based on the charge memo, a disciplinary proceeding was initiated and the final order was passed in Na.Ka.No.164/A1/2017, dated 02.11.2020, wherein it was held that the charges are not proved. Hence the respondents have passed an order dropping the charges. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
